According to the study of (Locke, 1968 cited in Indeed, 2022) businesses can achieve greater success by applying specific and measurable goals for employees. Theory is that employees have a better sense of direction and become more productive when getting clear goals. He has introduced this theory in a research paper he wrote in 1968, 'Toward a Theory of Task Motivation and Incentives'.
        Effective communication present at each productive workplaces as its one of key reasons for any organization. When there is clear communication, each stakeholders have the ability to know company requirement from them. Company managers needs to share clear expectations from the employees and provide regular feedback and ensure have understand their job role in the company. When employees get set SMART goals its assist employees to align their efforts with the organizational goals that will assist employees to improve their productivity and ultimately it will lead to organizations success.

Training and Development
Constant learning is important for anyone’s personal growth and professional development. Companies can offer various training programme for their employees for developing the skills and competencies. It also creates a learning culture in the organization which is very healthy and good for improve employee productivity.
        According to the journal article of (Ruhomally, 2021) well trained and highly productive employees are beneficial for the organizations as they will make a positive impact on the industry and economy as a whole. Another article of (Renny, 2023) suggest that Training and Development is an important aspects of human resource management and Employee competence increases when they have the knowledge and ability to do the task, hence it is crucial for a firm to hire capable and skilled workers for improved performance.
        Therefore, any company which expect to improve its employee productivity must invest in Training and Development so with the continuous trainings employees has the ability to improve their skills and competencies.
3. Foster a
Positive Work Environment
A good work environment always important for an improving productivity and employee wellbeing as it’s the environment where employee is operating and spend most of the time. Employees should be encouraged for collaboration and recognized in work environment. Encouraging work life balance is another main aspect of good work environment thus there will be good engagement with the employees and the company.
        As per (Williamson, 2023) one of the main characteristics of the engaged employee is their positive behavior towards the organization, as they are often the ones who believe strongly in the company’s mission and vision. She further states that Engaged employees know that their work is appreciated and valued. They will spend less time chatting with colleagues or taking longer breaks and more time working. Higher productivity and efficiency are key benefits of employee engagement that directly impact employee performance and can influence overall company performance.
4. Implement
Flexible Work Arrangements
In today's work culture and specially after post COVID era corporate culture has evolved a lot in different ways. One of the most common things was remote and flexible work arrangements for employees due to constant travel restrictions and health reasons. Providing flexibility in the work hours or the locations can improve employee satisfaction and then the productivity as employees get chance to work with a peace of mind with their personal works. As an example, employee can stay at home and work while managing their personal works also at home.
        An article by (Pappas, 2023) supports above stating that when employees are free to choose how, when, and where they work, they gain a sense of autonomy, which results in ownership and it means that they have more control over their work and are more motivated to be productive. He further states Flexibility options allows employees to fix their schedule according to the time of day they perform better, boosting employee productivity and engagement.

of employees needs a lot of approaches not limited to clear communication,
constant training and development, good work environment and flexible
arrangements. By practicing these strategies companies can improve and achieve the
maximum potential of its employees who works for growth and success.
        One last thing to remember
is that the key to success does not depend only in implementing these
strategies but also in continuous evaluation and adapt changed requirements to
meet the growing needs of employees and the company as a whole.

HRM also shifted the emphasis away from humanism, the belief held by writers such as Likert (1961) and McGregor (1960) that human factors are paramount in the study of organizational behavior and that people should be treated as responsible and progressive beings.
